Kotori started in Lewes, England in
October 2021, where we delivered
freshly made udon rolled and cut
on the morning of delivery with
dashi broth, toppings and sides to
Lewes and the surrounding villages.
As well as the regular Friday delivery
we ran a pop up at The Patch Cafe in
Lewes and catered at Beak Brewery
and The Depot.
